We are selling a roll of deadstock MOGAMI 2534 microphone cable. This is a roll from a few years ago (5-6 years ago) when the outer sheath was still pinkish-red. Please read and understand the following before purchasing.
Part Number 2534: NEGLEX Quad) This is Mogami's signature 4-core cable.
Cable Outer Diameter: (Thickness) 6.0 mm (φ6.0 mm / 0.236 in). It's about the same thickness as a standard microphone cable and has a flexible PVC jacket for easy handling.
Structure: 4-core shielded (star-quad structure). The four cores are arranged in a cross pattern, providing excellent noise cancellation.
Conductor: (Core) OFC (oxygen-free copper). High-purity oxygen-free copper wire is used for clear, faithful sound transmission.
Conductor Size: 24 AWG (0.226 mm2). This is the thickness of each core.
Shielded: (Served Shield) A horizontally wound shield made of soft copper wire provides excellent noise blocking and flexibility.
Applications: Microphone cables, line cables, patch cables, audio cables. It provides maximum noise reduction with balanced connections (XLR), but can also be used with unbalanced connections such as RCA.
